Well, it's certainly been a busy couple of weeks. I've hardly had time to stop and stare, meditate or exercise. But, I always say that sometimes stress can make you stronger. I've come out the other side in one piece, and now have to try and catch up with my blog, my garden, and my walks.
"Half an hour's meditation each day is essential, except when you are busy. Then a full hour is needed." Saint Francis de Sales.
I believe in working hard but at the same time think that stress is the rubbish of modern life-we all generate it but if we don't dispose of it properly, it will pile up and overtake our lives.
